CLASSES

PURPOSE DRIVEN YOGA FOR MENTAL HEALTH :

This class is open to anyone wanting to improve their mental health through instructor-lead stretching and breathing techniques.  Andrea Burns is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor who will be leading the classes each week.  Class are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 PM.

Fee is $15 and is payable prior to or at the time of the class. We can accept cash, check or credit/debit card. Please make checks payable to Andrea Burns.

Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water.

Parking is available on either side of the building toward the back.

Entrance is at the back of the building through the door marked “Class and Group Entrance.”
